Oluwasike holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London (LLM), a postgraduate diploma in Inter­national Business Law and post graduate certificate in Tax Laws. She is a graduate of Law from University of llorin (LLB) and was called to the Nigerian Bar (BL). She is also a fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(FCTI).

She has a remarkable professional tax career spanning over 15 years with Deloitte and Ernst and Young (EY), providing expert tax services in the Financial services, Telecommunications and Consumer Industry sectors. She joined Ascension after leaving EY as an Associate Director.

While at EY, She worked in the Global Compliance and Reporting unit of the Tax Service, where she supported clients (both local and multinational) on corporate tax compliance, advisory, tax audit & investigation, tax due diligence, tax planning and reporting. She also led the Growth (emerging) Market sector.

Oluwasike is a highly valued resource in the industry and brings refreshing ideas to clients’ tax matters. She has attended and facilitated various trainings home and abroad. At Ascension, she drives our Consumer Industry, Financial Services, and Telecommunications sector focus.
